We host applications on our servers for our clients. We install and
tailor the application, and ensure that it conforms to customer
requirements. The advantages to the customer are many. Many small to
medium size companies don't have the necessaty infrastructure to
support servers on the internet, and if they only have one or two
appliactions that need to be on the ineternet, there is no need to go
to the expense of installing it.
To support services on the web, you need a firewall, a DMZ
(demilitarized zone), a number of different IP addresses, a server
that is backed up daily, and a server taht is up and running 24x7.
In short, we supply the infrastructure for you, and you benefit by
being able to use the application without needing unneccessatry
support people.
